New Menu at NORD

Executive Chef Daniel Heffy gives an insight into the menu he has just created…

Nord’s new menu presents us a new opportunity to really push the food once more to another level, with our main focus being a la minuet cooking. This time around we are really trying to push the boundaries, focusing around the heart beat of our kitchen and our charcoal grill.

There will be some classics remaining on the menu but with slight changes and lots of new items. We want the a la carte to have an old bistro feel to the main a la carte menu whilst the chefs menu should feel refined and very celebratory.

Alongside our main menus we have our lunch menu and early bird menu that are great value and an insight to everything else. I am also excited about the addition of our private dining space as I love the idea of family style dining, we will encourage this in the space with a sharing style menu being the main offering.
